Why do we want you to return it?

We are always striving to provide the highest quality product for our customers and we want to learn from any errors or mistakes. If we shipped a bad batch we want to study it and make sure it never happens again.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund status or delivery details for replacement.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
